Hi, we're orchid
Healthy Rural Communities, Healthcare Revolutionized!
We're on a mission to advance a new model for community health to thrive - based on relationships, joy in work, and health equity.
Patients
We currently have clinics in six Oregon communities offering unrushed visits, whole-person care, and access when you need it.
Our clinics are local and independent, a core part of our communities, and have been recognized for their industry-leading patient care outcomes.

Interested in helping grow a healthcare model based on trusting relationships, joy in work, and health equity? Orchid Health might be just the place for you!
Orchid Health was founded 10 years ago with the belief that the most effective way to improve the health of our communities is through integrated patient-centered care that takes the time to listen to and build trusting relationships with each patient.
We are committed to our communities and each other and are proud of the positive feedback and reputation that we have built. We currently see thousands of patients at our Oregon clinic locations, all supported by a talented, passionate, and dedicated staff.
Our Wellbeing-First Model
PEOPLE > PROFITS
We believe that a healthy healthcare organization starts with care team members who are cared for and have the autonomy to do what they know is best for their patients and community.
We call this our wellbeing-first model of community health as it places the wellbeing of our caregivers as our top priority, which in turn supports exceptional patient care!
Part of our mission to advance a new model for community health to thrive is the creation of our Wellbeing-First Fellowship - see here for more information on how we're working to scale our impact.
A System in Need of Redesign

The healthcare industry around us is not working for patients or caregivers - especially in rural communities.
This has resulted in:
- Corporatization of care (loss of humanity)
- Extreme burnout among healthcare professionals
- Rural clinics shutting down or being acquired by hospitals
- Patients being left without local access to quality care
